This would be an excellent career movement for young Nursing professionals with hands-on experience managing patients. This opportunity is to work in a premium medical aesthetics and OPD-based environment at Cosmo Radiance, wherein job shifts will be Day Shifts (8-5pm or 12-8pm) and 5-7 Night Shifts in a month, requirement based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for patient profiling, including taking vital parameters, general medical history, and specific skin/hair concern histories.
- Preparing patients for and assisting with aesthetic procedures (e.g., laser treatments, chemical peels, and hair restoration procedures).
- Responsible for assisting Consultant Dermatologists in routine patient consultations and minor clinical procedures.
- Drawing blood samples and performing phlebotomy, specifically for preparing PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and other related treatments.
- Supporting end-to-end clinical operations, including attending to patients, preparing MIS reports, handling telephone calls, and providing support to other staff members.
- Participating in ongoing training for advanced aesthetic equipment handling (e.g., laser and light devices) as per business requirements.
- Promoting clinic treatment packages (skin, hair, and aesthetics) and assisting with patient conversions to support organizational revenue growth.
- Maintaining clinical hygiene, sterilizing equipment, and managing inventory for procedure rooms.
- Providing flexible support to the clinical unit on a time-to-time basis as per business requirements. Rotational week off.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or Medical Aesthetics is highly preferred (or a strong elementary knowledge of aesthetic treatments).
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc - Nursing with a valid respective state registration certificate.
- Freshers with a strong interest in aesthetics can also apply (preference will be given to candidates with 1–5 years of clinical experience).
