Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales or scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain product or service features and benefits persuasively.
- Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
- Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for appointments or closures.
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and offers.

- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention required languages].
