Position: Key Account Manager – Schools (Renewals, Collections & Growth)

Remuneration: ₹4 – ₹4.5 Lakhs Per Annum
Kidvento Education and Research is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to own the end-to-end success, experience, and revenue of partner school accounts. The role involves managing program delivery, stakeholder relationships, renewals, collections, and account growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction and measurable learning outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be highly accountable, customer-focused, and capable of driving both operational excellence and business growth across assigned accounts.

Ensure smooth implementation and execution of programs across partner schools.

Monitor student engagement, adoption, and learning outcomes.

Identify implementation gaps and drive corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.

Lead onboarding activities for new partner schools.

Conduct teacher training and orientation sessions.

Enable schools to independently and effectively run the program.

Build and maintain strong relationships with school leadership, principals, coordinators, teachers, and parents.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Address concerns, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution.

Drive value perception among students, parents, teachers, and school management.

Showcase program outcomes, impact, and success stories.

Strengthen engagement and satisfaction to improve retention.

Ensure timely collections and monitor outstanding payments.

Follow up on pending invoices and coordinate with finance teams.

Drive contract renewals and minimize account churn.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Expand program adoption across grades, subjects, or additional school branches.

Contribute to revenue growth from assigned accounts.

Maintain accurate records of account performance, usage, collections, and renewals.

Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports.

Coordinate with product, operations, academic, and support teams to ensure seamless execution.

Conduct regular school visits for reviews, support, relationship building, and performance discussions.

Ensure partner schools receive ongoing guidance and support.
