Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify business leads, focusing on the US and European markets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in B2B sales(IT Software /Product Sales), lead nurturing, and CRM tools to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

Lead Identification & Sourcing: Use tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Salesforce to find and research leads.

Outreach & Communication: Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.

Lead Qualification: Assess leads based on needs and potential.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transitions.

Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects and manage ongoing communications.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead data and track outreach efforts

Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including
-
Online research, social media( LinkedIn & others), and networking events

Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods

Should be able to look at tendering portal and also able to submit suitable tenders/bids on tendering/bidding portals.

Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference

Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation

Coordinate with Leadership and arrange meetings/follow-ups to convert leads to sales.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation or sales development (B2B preferred).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Strong communication and research skills.

Experience in the US and European markets is a plus.
