Job Summary
NextGen Business Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executives / Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over calls, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities through effective communication.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software or MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali.
- Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, Customer Service, Sales Executive, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
