Job description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing residential, commercial, and interior projects from concept development to project completion. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, design skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and project execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Develop building plans, interior layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations.
Prepare working drawings, submission drawings, and construction documents.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior design teams.
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards.
Assist in project estimation and material specifications.
Monitor project progress and provide technical support during execution.
Review contractor and vendor work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Valid Council of Architecture (COA) Registration preferred.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of building construction and interior detailing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
