Role Summary:
Build and nurture strong relationships with colleges, startups, corporates, and communities. Drive collaborations, manage outreach, and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, approach, and onboard colleges, startups, and brands
* Maintain partner communication, MOUs, and follow-ups
* Represent the organization at events, meetings, and networking sessions
* Track outreach metrics, conversion ratios, and partnership outcomes
* Support partnership strategies and execute campaigns
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program coordination
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
* Prior experience in partnerships, community management, or business development preferred
* Proficiency in maintaining documentation, reports, and CRM
