Role & responsibilities (Civil):
1. Engineering Review & Technical Coordination: Work closely with the engineering
team to ensure all civil and structural engineering deliverables meet project
requirements and specifications. Review and cross-check civil drawings, structural
drawings, foundation designs, and construction details.
2. Vendor & Fabrication Coordination: Coordinate with civil contractors, suppliers, and
subcontractors during construction activities. Ensure civil works are executed
according to approved drawings, project specifications, and engineering standards.
3. Quality Assurance & Inspection: Conduct site inspections to verify quality of civil
construction activities including foundations, structural works, and concrete works.
Verify compliance with material specifications, reinforcement detailing, and
construction standards.
4. Site Construction Supervision: Supervise civil construction activities including
foundations, equipment pedestals, structural supports, and other plant infrastructure
works. Ensure civil work is carried out in accordance with approved engineering
drawings and construction schedules.
Role & responsibilities (Mechanical):
1. Engineering Review & Technical Coordination: Work closely with the engineering
team to ensure that all mechanical engineering deliverables meet project
requirements and specifications. Review and cross-check mechanical drawings,
piping layouts, equipment data sheets, and technical specifications.
2. Vendor & Fabrication Coordination: Coordinate with fabricators, equipment vendors,
and suppliers during procurement and fabrication stages. Coordinate with fabricators,
equipment vendors, and suppliers during procurement and fabrication stages.
3. Quality Assurance & Inspection: Conduct material inspections, dimensional
inspections, and quality checks during fabrication and supply stages. Verify material
test certificates (MTCs), quality documentation, and compliance records.
4. Site Execution & Installation Supervision: Supervise erection and installation of
mechanical equipment, piping systems, and associated structures. Assist in erection,
pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including equipment checks,
alignment verification, and system readiness.
Role & responsibilities (Electrical):
1. Engineering Review & Technical Coordination: Work closely with the engineering team to
ensure all electrical engineering deliverables meet project requirements and specifications.
Review and cross-check electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLDs), cable schedules, panel
layouts, and electrical equipment data sheets. Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical
design codes and project specifications.
2. Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with electrical contractors, equipment
suppliers, and vendors during procurement and installation activities. Ensure electrical
systems and components supplied meet the technical specifications approved by the
engineering team. Review contractor submissions including technical documents, equipment
specifications, and installation plans.
3. Quality Assurance, Testing & Inspection: Conduct inspections to verify the quality and
compliance of electrical equipment and installation works. Verify equipment specifications,
material documentation, and testing reports. Oversee testing, calibration, connections, and
commissioning checks for electrical systems including panels, cables, motors, and associated
equipment.
4. Site Installation Supervision: Supervise electrical installation activities including cable
routing, equipment installation, panel integration, grounding systems, and power distribution
networks. Ensure installation is executed according to approved drawings, project standards,
and safety procedures. Support the project team during pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities.
Required Skills (Civil):
- Strong attention to technical detail
- Practical understanding of construction processes and site management
- Ability to work across engineering design, contractor coordination, and site
execution functions
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
- Good communication and coordination skills
Required Skills (Mechanical):
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals and industrial
- equipment.
- Familiarity with piping systems, process equipment, fabrication methods, and
- machining processes.
- Knowledge of engineering codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.).
- Experience in reviewing engineering drawings, P&IDs, piping isometrics, and
- equipment layouts.
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and NDT methods.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and site contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and technical evaluation skills.
Required Skills (Electrical):
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and power distribution
networks.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering standards and codes (IS, IEC, IEEE, etc.).
- Experience in reviewing electrical drawings, SLDs, cable layouts, and equipment
specifications.
- Familiarity with electrical testing, calibration, inspection procedures, and
commissioning practices.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors during
project execution.
- Strong problem-solving and technical evaluation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities for working in multi-disciplinary
project environments.
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
