Job Summary: -
The CFO/Finance Head will be responsible for leading the company's finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning functions. The role will support business growth, profitability improvement, cost control, and financial governance while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide strategic financial recommendations.
Analyse business performance and identify opportunities for growth and profitability improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Establish strong internal controls and financial governance practices.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Analyse production costs, inventory valuation, and profitability.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency programs.
Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to optimize costs.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Customs, and other statutory regulations. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Optimize fund utilization and liquidity management.
Handle debt management, fund raising, and financial risk mitigation.
Support decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
Evaluate new investments, capital expenditure, and expansion projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Cash Flow Management Working Capital Optimization Inventory Turnover Cost Reduction Achievement Audit Compliance Score Statutory Compliance Timeliness Financial Reporting Accuracy.
Qualification:
MBA Finance / CMA – Preferred Additional certifications in Finance, Treasury, or Risk Management are advantageous.
Experience:
10+ Years in Finance & Accounts. Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, automotive, engineering, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
