1.Workshop KPI & Operations Management
Monitor technician productivity, bay utilization, labour efficiency, Repair Order (RO) value, First-Time-Right (FTR), repeat repairs and vehicle turnaround time (TAT
2. Service Business & Profitability
Drive service revenue, labor sales, AMC business, fleet service and customer retention while controlling operational costs and improving profitability.
3. Customer & Complaint Management
Handle major customer complaints, repeat repairs and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
4. Warranty & Ashok Leyland Process Compliance
Ensure proper adherence to Ashok Leyland warranty procedures, service campaigns, warranty claim documentation, manufacturer processes and audit requirements.
5. Team, Parts & Workshop Coordination
Manage service advisors, technicians and parts teams, monitor manpower performance, ensure critical parts availability and minimize repair delays
6. Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
Ensure repair quality, diagnostic accuracy, final inspection, workshop safety and statutory compliance, while identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Required Qualification: B.E Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10-12 years of Automobile or Mechanical Industry
