Job Profile:
We are looking for a bid manager to work in our Meerut office; bid manager is responsible for submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget. They ensure that all the client’s questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bid_manager).
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to gather requirements and assess their objectives during the pre-development and development stages of projects.
Track and follow up on the status of proposal, regular contact with Client & Organizing meetings to sort out issues, queries.
Think strategically and come up with creative and elegant solutions for clients.
Writing a pitch to new prospect/clients.
Business coordination with technical team for project plan and process
Requirements:
Communication Skills – Fluent in English language (written and spoken essential).
Computer Skills – Working knowledge of computer one should be tech savvy (Using a search engine, Word processing, Browser basics, Spreadsheet)
Reasoning Ability – Use of basic reasoning, thinking “on your feet”, and ability to resolve issues quickly with little or no direction from a superior.
Salary Range:
Starting salary will be from 10k-12k (negotiable based on candidate skills)
