Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot customer issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our communication and networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of networking, VoIP, IP PBX, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP, IP PBX, SIP Trunk, and Internet Lease Line services.
- Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Monitor service performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for fault resolution.
- Maintain service reports, tickets, and documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer support and ensure SLA compliance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Routing.
- Basic understanding of VoIP, SIP, IP PBX, Cloud Telephony, and Networking.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Technical Support, Networking, or VoIP (Freshers with networking knowledge can also apply).
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA
- CCNP (Preferred)
- MCSA/MCSE (Preferred)
- Network+ (Optional)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
