Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Job Summary:
The BDM s responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, promoting engineering services (Technical Facility Management), and achieving sales targets. The role involves field visits ( Industrial area, Commercial centre, Data Centre) , customer relationship management, and technical discussions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote company engineering services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech/ BBA/MBA in related field.
Experience:
- 4-10 years experience in sales/business development in engineering services or industrial products.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of engineering services/products.
- Ability to travel frequently for field visits.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
