We are seeking a disciplined, experienced, and result-oriented retired Army Major to oversee administration, operations, security, compliance, and team management activities. The ideal candidate will leverage military leadership experience to ensure operational excellence, workforce discipline, and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise administrative and operational functions of the organization.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Manage manpower planning, workforce discipline, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Handle vendor management, facility management, and asset security.
- Prepare operational reports and present updates to senior management.
- Lead crisis management and emergency response activities when required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor employee conduct and maintain a disciplined work environment.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of operational staff.
Required Qualifications
- Retired Major from the Indian Army.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership and administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of operations management, security management, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.

Experience
- Army Service: 10–20+ years.
- Post-retirement corporate experience preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Retired Army Officer, JCO, or Defence personnel will be given preference.
- Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial environments is an added advantage.
