About SGA
Sampurna Growth Academy (SGA) is building a new-age learning and growth ecosystem for students and young people.
We work across academic learning, career development, life skills, workshops, digital learning and on-ground educational initiatives.
We are looking for a Management Intern who can work closely with the management team and support the execution of projects, programs and day-to-day business activities.
This role offers practical exposure to how different functions of a growing education company work together.
What You’ll Work On
- Support the management team with ongoing projects and priorities
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, operations, trainers and other teams
- Track tasks, deadlines, follow-ups and project progress
- Assist in executing educational programs, workshops and new initiatives
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Prepare presentations, reports and internal documents
- Coordinate with schools, partners, trainers and vendors
- Assist with student and parent surveys and feedback
- Support offline events and activities
- Maintain basic MIS, Google Sheets and project trackers
- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical solutions
- Take ownership of assigned small projects from planning to completion
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates from BBA, BMS, MBA, Commerce, Engineering or other relevant backgrounds may apply.

- Comfortable working with multiple priorities
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Docs and presentation tools
- Comfortable using Canva and AI productivity tools
- Curious about startups, education, marketing and business
- Comfortable coordinating with different people and teams
- Able to work in a fast-moving environment
- Proficient in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Marathi is preferred
