Job Description
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing strategies for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign management, and brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram)
- Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Manage and optimize property portal listings (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
- Coordinate with sales team to track and improve lead conversion
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Improve website traffic through SEO & SEM strategies
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM integrations
- Handle creatives coordination with designers/agencies
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience in real estate lead generation
- Basic understanding of SEO, SMO, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with targets and timelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in real estate digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Google / Meta Ads certification is a plus
