Job Role:
- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp chats
- Assist clients with inquiries and support
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Laptop with a stable internet connection
- Smartphone
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory
