Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented FMCG Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities, market expansion, distributor management, and brand promotion to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase product sales.
- Manage distributors, retailers, and dealer networks in assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling distributor and retail sales.
- Good knowledge of local market trends.
- Ability to travel within assigned locations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
