About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our growing school team at Panvel campuses. This role involves guiding prospective parents through the admission process, representing our institution professionally, and playing a key role in increasing admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails & walk-ins.
- Explain school curriculum, facilities & admission procedures.
- Counsel parents individually and assist with documentation.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain lead tracking records.
- Organize school tours, orientations, and admission events.
- Coordinate with academic/admin teams for smooth processes.
- Maintain MIS reports and provide timely updates to management.
- Manage front-desk tasks related to admissions when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
