About Biz Tips
Biz Tips is a business consultancy working with manufacturers across different industries. We help businesses identify operational challenges, improve processes, and implement practical solutions that create measurable business value.
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and proactive candidate who can work closely with the owner and take responsibility for prospect communication, appointment setting, client coordination and business data generation.
Key Responsibilities1. Appointment Setting & Business Development
- Contact potential manufacturing companies and relevant decision-makers.
- Introduce Biz Tips and communicate the purpose of our consultancy professionally.
- Identify potential prospects and schedule appointments for Mr. Sohail Pirani.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and appointments.
- Convert relevant prospects into qualified meetings.
2. Existing Client Communication
- Communicate with existing Biz Tips clients professionally.
- Coordinate follow-ups, meetings and basic client requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
- Ensure important client communication is properly recorded and followed up.
3. Data Generation & Research
- Research and generate databases of manufacturers across different industries.
- Identify companies, decision-makers and relevant contact information.
- Organize prospect information in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate databases.
4. Content & Creative Support
- Assist with basic social-media/content-related activities.
- Have basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Perform simple photo-editing tasks.
- Have basic knowledge of video editing such as trimming videos, adding text/captions and making simple social-media edits.
- Support the team with basic content requirements when needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners, managers and professionals.
- Good Hindi and English communication; Gujarati will be an advantage.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
- Good internet research and data-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Canva/photo editing.
- Basic video-editing knowledge is an advantage.
- Presentable, professional and confident personality.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can confidently communicate with business owners, understand the objective of a conversation, generate relevant business data, consistently follow up, fix quality appointments and represent Biz Tips professionally.

Experience
