The Psychology Teacher will be responsible for teaching Psychology to senior classes, helping students understand human behavior, mental processes, and developing analytical and critical thinking skills as per the prescribed curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology to senior secondary classes as per syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct practical activities, case studies, and class discussions.
- Assess students through tests, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain class discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Maintain student performance records and reports.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school.
