We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive candidate who can help us connect with organizers of wellness retreats, meditation camps, yoga retreats, happiness programs, corporate offsites, spiritual gatherings, art workshops, and similar experiential events for our beautiful resort property in Corbett.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, research, networking, hospitality, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify:
- Wellness retreat organizers
- Meditation & yoga groups
- Art of Living / spiritual communities
- Happiness & healing program organizers
- Corporate offsite planners
- Travel & retreat curators
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Pitch our Corbett resort as a venue partner
- Build and maintain database of leads
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Assist in creating presentations/messages for outreach
- Maintain proper Excel sheets and records
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Comfortable speaking on calls
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & social media
- Smart research and internet skills
- Organized and sincere approach
- Hospitality, events, networking, or sales background is a plus
Work Structure:
- Mostly work from our Delhi office
- Partial work-from-home flexibility available
