Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and streamline the movement of goods, materials, and shipments across our supply chain. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier services to arrange pickups and deliveries
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatch schedules, and delivery documentation
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, packing, and dispatch procedures
- Negotiate rates and terms with transport vendors to optimize logistics costs
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Monitor and report on key logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, freight cost, order accuracy)
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to align logistics with business needs
- Handle customer or client queries related to shipment status and delivery timelines
- Maintain relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and vendors
- Assist in audits, stock reconciliation, and logistics process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain coordination
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, transport regulations, and inventory processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight delivery timelines
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-way bill generation and GST-related logistics documentation (India-specific)
- Familiarity with route planning and fleet management tools
- Prior experience coordinating across multiple warehouses or business units
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
