About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Subscription Manager stationed in New Delhi. In this role, you will manage software subscription renewals, build long-term customer relationships, and help grow recurring revenue through renewals, upgrades, and additional license sales.
You will work closely with customers to ensure a smooth renewal experience while identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software subscription renewals for assigned customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Contact customers proactively before subscription expiry.
Prepare quotations and coordinate the renewal process.
Identify opportunities for additional licenses, upgrades, and cross-selling.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Technical Support, and Customer Success teams.
Maintain accurate customer and subscription records in the CRM.
Track renewal pipeline, customer engagement, and subscription performance.
Resolve customer queries related to subscriptions, licensing, and renewals.
Generate regular reports and contribute ideas to improve customer retention and subscription growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Subscription Management, Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, Inside Sales, or B2B Software Sales.
Experience working with software subscriptions or SaaS products is preferred.
Experience with manufacturing software, CAD/CAM, or engineering software is a plus.
Skills
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer accounts.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers and support business requirements.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
