Academic Coordinator (Primary Wing)
Location: Modern School, Greater Noida
Experience: 5–10 years (minimum 2–3 years as coordinator/academic head)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee academic planning and execution for assigned wing (Primary / Pre-Primary)
* Ensure age-appropriate pedagogy and foundational learning outcomes
* Monitor lesson plans, notebooks, and assessment practices
* Supervise class teachers and maintain discipline standards
* Coordinate co-curricular activities and student development programs
* Conduct parent meetings and address academic concerns
* Track student performance and implement remedial strategies
* Ensure compliance with school policies and safety norms
Skills Required:
* Strong classroom management and mentoring ability
* Understanding of child psychology and pedagogy
* Organizational and coordination skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
