About the Role
We aren’t a traditional recruitment agency. At The Silent Salesmen, we use high-level digital strategy and Meta advertising to find elite Indian students for top-tier European institutions. We are a fast-growing education marketing agency specializing in international student recruitment.
Crucially: We don’t do cold calling. We build genuine relationships with Indian students and their families who have already shown interest in our partner universities.
What You Will Do:
- High-Intent Calling: Reach out to students who have already expressed interest in our partner European universities.
- Relationship Management: Guide Indian families through the ROI, safety, and career logistics of studying abroad.
- Global Coordination: Maintain professional relations with international clients and institutional partners.
- Strategic Growth: Work in a fast-paced environment where your feedback helps shape our next Meta campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 month in tele-calling, sales, or customer support (education sector preferred)
- Language: Exceptional command over spoken and written English. You must be comfortable and confident speaking with high-intent leads.
- Location: Must be based in Ahmedabad.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am to 5:30 pm
