Job Summary
We are looking for experienced AR Callers to join our US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling, denial management, and insurance follow-up processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US healthcare providers.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Analyze and resolve denied or rejected claims.
- Work on denial management and claim resolution.
- Ensure timely reimbursement and payment posting follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and claim status updates.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare).
- Strong knowledge of Denial Management.
- Experience with insurance follow-up and claims processing.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Details
- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
