Job Description – Franchise Manager
Role Summary
The Franchise Manager is responsible for identifying, onboarding, developing, and managing franchise partners, authorized persons, and business associates. The role focuses on network expansion, partner productivity, revenue growth, and relationship management through various partner business models.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new franchise partners and business associates.
- Conduct market mapping and franchise expansion activities.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, events, and local market activities.
- Present business opportunities, products, and revenue-sharing models to prospective partners.
- Facilitate franchise onboarding, documentation, and activation.
- Provide training and support to franchise partners on products, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Drive partner productivity and business growth.
- Monitor franchise performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational support and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports, partner performance reviews, and business forecasts.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience (Finance Industry is must)
- 3–8 years of experience in Franchise Acquisition, Channel Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or related industries.
- Experience in managing franchise, dealer, distributor, or channel partner networks will be preferred.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹680,000.00 per year
