JD for Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain basic journalling.
- Handle client calls, emails, and interactions.
JD for Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, reels, etc.
- Monitor and create client reports systematically.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align social media efforts.
- Proficiency in English
Qualifications:
- Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in office administration and social media management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problems.
