Office Administrator – Lord’s Renal

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative and coordination support to the team.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with employees, vendors, hospitals and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, supplies, repairs, travel and other office requirements.
- Maintain office records, documents, invoices, bills and administrative files.
- Manage stationery, office supplies, assets and inventory.
- Handle vendor follow-ups, quotations, purchase requests and basic expense tracking.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, meetings and schedules for employees and management.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee and administrative documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, hospitals and external stakeholders as required.
- Assist management with reports, presentations, documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and action items.
- Support general office compliance and maintain a professional, well-organised workplace.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, administration & operations or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Good vendor and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Professional, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing healthcare organisation.
Preferred
- Experience in a healthcare, corporate or startup environment.
- Experience handling vendors, travel, procurement and office expenses.
- Familiarity with basic accounting/invoice processes.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who can take ownership of the office administration function end-to-end, rather than simply performing routine clerical tasks.
Pay: ₹8,716.76 - ₹28,161.80 per month
