Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Process Associate to support our overseas clients' finance operations. The role involves generating billing reports, performing financial audits, validating pricing and rate cards, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and audit invoices and addendums.
- Generate billing reports using finance platforms.
- Perform finance and operational calculations for billing.
- Audit Accounts Receivable (AR) reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Review and validate pricing, rate cards, and billing data.
- Conduct monthly and weekly financial data audits as per client requirements.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas clients to resolve billing-related queries.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or any equivalent graduation.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Basic formulas and functions
- Developer options (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with different file formats such as .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .xml, etc.
- Basic understanding of Macros, VBA, and databases will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Client communication skills, including professional email writing.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of finance, billing, invoicing, and accounting concepts.
- Exposure to ERP or finance platforms is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work with overseas clients and adapt to process-driven environments.
