Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently manage complex legal matters from inception to conclusion
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities on behalf of clients
- Draft, review, and finalize complex legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and opinions
- Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment to clients
- Lead client interactions and maintain long-term client relationships
- Supervise, guide, and mentor junior advocates and associates
- Coordinate with senior counsels and external stakeholders, as required
- Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws, procedures, and ethical standards
Candidate Requirements
- Enrolled Advocate with valid Bar Council registration
- 10–15 years of post-qualification legal experience
- Strong litigation and/or advisory background
- Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to handle high-value and complex matters independently
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills
- Proficient in legal research tools and digital documentation
- Must possess own laptop
