Position: Telecaller – Election Support
Department: Election Operations / Campaign Support
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract (Election Period)
Location: As Assigned (Office-Based / Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to support election-related outreach activities. The selected candidates will interact with voters over the phone, collect feedback, share campaign information, verify voter details, conduct surveys, and maintain accurate records while following campaign guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to voters using the provided database.
- Share campaign messages and candidate information professionally.
- Conduct voter opinion surveys and collect feedback.
- Verify voter details and update records in the system.
- Answer basic voter queries and direct complex issues to the concerned team.
- Record call outcomes and maintain accurate daily reports.
- Achieve daily call and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of voter information.
- Follow scripts and campaign guidelines during every interaction.
- Coordinate with the field team for follow-ups when required.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
- Freshers and experienced telecallers are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of English and local language is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, or data entry).
- Clear speaking voice and good listening skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and patience while interacting with voters.
- Ability to handle objections politely.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Team player with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure during the election period.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, surveys, political campaigns, or NGO outreach is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours
- 8–9 hours per day (including breaks).
- Flexible shifts may be required during the election campaign.
- Weekly off as per campaign schedule.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound calls completed.
- Successful voter interactions.
- Data accuracy and quality.
- Survey completion rate.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Adherence to campaign scripts and compliance guidelines.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: As per company policy.
- Performance-based incentives (if applicable).
- Training and campaign orientation will be provided.

- Follow all applicable election laws, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
