Job description:
The role involves leading design initiatives, developing innovative
workplace design concepts, and managing the complete design lifecycle while
working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and mood boards
aligned with client requirements.
- Create impactful design presentations and lead client pre-pitches and
design discussions.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision and translate requirements
into creative design solutions.
- Manage the design process from concept development through finalization
and execution.
- Oversee design management, ensuring smooth coordination between design and
execution teams.
- Provide design leadership and ensure quality delivery across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and successful
project outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in commercial/workplace interiors as well as mix domain
experience of luxury residential , hotels , retail and design & build
projects.
- Proven experience in a client-facing design leadership role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conceptualize and present design ideas effectively to clients.
- Strong understanding of design execution and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with
cross-functional teams.
Education Qualification : Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Working knowledge : - AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
Experience: 15+ years of experience of working on Commercial interior / Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
