Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Load and unload office supplies, inventory, equipment, and delivery items safely.
- Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and distributing incoming goods.
- Move materials and supplies within the office or warehouse as required.
- Keep storage and office areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items safely.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
