Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities for ongoing civil projects in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Consultants.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
