Position: Senior Project Manager
Industry: Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Location: Bangalore / South India

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple commercial interior fit-out projects simultaneously.
- Develop project execution strategies and ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project teams, Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Review contracts, drawings, change orders, and project milestones.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
- Monitor project profitability and resource utilisation.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide management reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience handling corporate office, retail, hospitality, or large-scale fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, client management, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Ready to travel across South India for project execution.
