1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor progress of work and ensure timely completion.
2. Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare work schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet project milestones.
- Arrange manpower, materials, and equipment as per site requirements.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure quality of construction materials and work.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests (concrete, soil, etc.).
- Maintain quality standards as per IS codes and project requirements.
4. Measurement & Billing
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations.
- Assist in preparation of bills (RA bills, contractor billing).
- Verify contractor work and quantities before approval.
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Communicate design changes and instructions clearly to the site team.
- Resolve site issues with technical guidance.
6. Safety Management
- Ensure all safety practices are followed on site.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Monitor usage of PPE (helmets, gloves, safety shoes, etc.).
7. Material Management
- Check quality and quantity of incoming materials.
- Maintain material records and stock control.
- Avoid material wastage and ensure proper usage.
8. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
- Keep records of site activities, drawings, approvals, and changes.
- Prepare reports for management review.
9. Surveying & Layout Work
- Perform basic surveying and set out work coordinates.
- Ensure correct alignment, levels, and dimensions.
10. Problem Solving
- Identify technical issues at site.
- Suggest practical solutions to construction challenges.
- Handle unexpected site conditions effectively.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
