Job Profile (inbond & Outbond)
The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining application features, supporting users in understanding the application, and helping with basic sales follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to potential customers and explain the application benefits
Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally
Provide basic application guidance and user support
Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper communication
Assist customers with registration, usage, and basic troubleshooting
Share product details and support the application sales process
Maintain call records and customer follow-up details
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to explain application features clearly
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Kannada communication preferred; English/Hindi is an added advantage
Salary
Up to ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
