Adithya Global School is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly system-oriented Vice Principal to lead academic and operational excellence within the institution. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in CBSE school administration and academic management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal in the overall academic and operational management of the school
- Lead and monitor academic planning, classroom delivery, assessments, and academic standards
- Supervise coordinators, department heads, and teaching staff effectively
- Ensure smooth implementation of CBSE curriculum, policies, and documentation systems
- Conduct classroom observations, academic audits, and staff performance reviews
- Monitor discipline, institutional culture, parent communication, and daily school operations
- Drive accountability, follow-up systems, and execution across all departments
- Coordinate inspections, events, academic reviews, and institutional initiatives
- Strengthen school systems, reporting structures, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with the Principal to support the school’s vision, growth, and leadership culture
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a Vice Principal in a CBSE school
- Strong experience in academic leadership and school administration
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE curriculum, inspection processes, and operational systems
- Proven experience in handling coordinators, teachers, and academic teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage execution, follow-ups, discipline, and institutional systems effectively
