Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and procurement planning for luxury residential interior projects. The role requires strong expertise in interior materials, BOQ management, cost optimization, vendor development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and sourcing activities for luxury residential interior projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and timelines.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and procurement schedules.
- Obtain and compare quotations based on commercial, technical, and quality parameters.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize vendor agreements.
- Manage Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with design, execution, project, operations, and finance teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor procurement schedules, material deliveries, and inventory requirements.
- Manage long-lead procurement items including imported and custom-made materials.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Review contractor and vendor bills, ensuring alignment with approved BOQs and project requirements.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and procurement efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure accurate procurement records and ERP updates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
- 8–15 years of procurement experience, preferably in luxury residential interiors, fit-outs, architecture, construction, or turnkey projects.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, hardware, stone, woodwork, and custom-made products.
- Experience working with ERP systems and procurement management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Luxury residential interior projects.
- Turnkey interior fit-out projects.
- Procurement of imported materials and custom furniture.
- Exposure to MEP, HVAC, Firefighting, Automation, and specialized interior packages.
