Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive offline marketing, brand positioning, and elite network engagement for our Home Automation business.
The role focuses heavily on building and managing strong relationships with premium architects, interior designers, and luxury builders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving walk-in traffic to our experience center, executing high-end events, managing customer engagement, and closely collaborating with the sales team to convert high-net-worth (HNI) leads.
Key Responsibilities1. Network & Relationship Management (B2B2C)
- Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and premium customer networks.
- Actively network within elite circles to position our home automation solutions as the preferred choice for luxury residential projects.
- Educate trade partners (architects/designers) on product updates, technical capabilities, and aesthetic integration options.
2. Experiential Marketing & Demo Centre Management
- Ensure flawless handling, engagement, and follow-up of premium walk-in clients visiting the Experience / Demo Centre.
- Curate the experiential journey at the demo center to deliver a "wow" factor that effectively showcases smart home capabilities to HNI clients.
- Monitor brand positioning and ensure a premium brand image is maintained across the physical center and all offline touchpoints.
3. Event Management & Local Activations
- Organize and lead premium marketing events, high-end exhibitions, product launches, and exclusive architect meets.
- Design and execute tailored customer engagement programs to drive community referrals and brand loyalty.
4. Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with Sales Managers for seamless lead allocation, customer engagement tracking, and conversion monitoring.
- Ensure proper CRM usage, lead tracking, and reporting discipline across all offline marketing initiatives.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and performance updates regarding network health and pipeline growth for the Sales Manager and BU Head.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 4–8 years of core marketing, business development, or relationship management experience, preferably in:
- Home Automation or Smart Home solutions
- Luxury products or premium interior/architectural products
- High-end building materials, electrical, or lighting (B2C)
- Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Confidence: Absolute comfort and confidence interacting directly with premium architects, luxury interior designers, and HNI customers.
- Process: Strong coordination, target management, and familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking.
