- Key Responsibilities:
- - Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, banquets, and parties.
- - Interact with guests to understand their requirements and preferences
- - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution
- - Manage budgets effectively and negotiate costs with vendors
- - Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces
- - Prepare detailed event proposals for client approval
- - Handle last-minute changes and challenges with a calm and proactive approach
- - Utilize event management software and tools proficiently
- - Focus on client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process
- Qualifications Required:
- - Prior experience in event planning, coordinating corporate gatherings, weddings, and banquets
- - Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- - Excellent communication and client interaction abilities
- - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle unexpected changes
- - Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry would be advantageous
- - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field,
