POSITION: SHIFT IN-CHARGE

Qualification: Diploma in Production/Mechanical.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions provided by the FM/Process Head during assigned shifts.
- Ensure production activities are completed as per schedule.
- Monitor manpower, workflow, inventory, and shift operations.
- Maintain quality standards for raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with technical or administrative teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Skills:
Understanding of customer requirements and delivery expectations
Ability to plan and improve production processes and layouts
Experience in managing manufacturing operations.
Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
