Job Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to handle our showroom sales and team at Inscapia. This role is for someone who understands how furniture and interior sales work, can manage people, and take full ownership of the sales process.
We handle customized furniture and interiors with in-house manufacturing, so coordination and clarity are important in day-to-day work.
- Manage and guide the showroom sales team on a daily basis
- Oversee overall store operations and ensure smooth customer handling
- Interact with key clients and handle high-value enquiries and closures
- Work closely with the manufacturing/workshop team for order execution and timelines
- Track sales targets, team performance, and conversions
- Improve sales processes and ensure better follow-ups and customer experienceStep
- in to close important deals when required

Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong sense of time management and punctuality.
- Experience in furniture/interior sales preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
