About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised QC Data Entry Executive to join our Quality Control team at Tucson Hydrocontrols. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate quality records, tracking customer complaints, and supporting the QC documentation process across both inbound materials and inhouse production. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher looking to build a career in quality control and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Complaint Management — Prepare and maintain Customer Complaint Reports (CCRs); track complaint status and ensure timely updates in the system.
- GRN Quality Entry — Perform QC data entry for Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) upon arrival of supplier material, ensuring all quality parameters are accurately recorded.
- Vendor Rejection Notes — Prepare Vendor Rejection Notes (VRNs) against rejected supplier material and generate Vendor Rejection Prints for documentation and communication.
- Labour Production QC Entry — Record and maintain QC entries for inhouse labour production activities, ensuring production quality data is captured accurately and on time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or a Diploma/Graduate in any stream
- Basic computer proficiency — MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry tools
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Willingness to learn QC processes and ERP/manufacturing software
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or quality environments (not mandatory)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
