We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, explaining our plans and services in a clear and convincing manner, and converting inquiries into qualified leads.
In this role, you will actively interact with customers, understand their requirements, and guide them toward the most suitable solutions. You will also be responsible for generating new leads, following up on prospects, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain company plans, products, and services to customers in a professional and persuasive way
- Generate and manage leads through calls, messages, and other channels
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities
