- Contact prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to promote company products and services.
- Understand customer requirements, provide relevant information, and effectively address queries and concerns.
- Counsel clients on immigration products and services through phone, email, and in-person consultations while addressing inquiries professionally.
- Generate sales by converting leads, building customer relationships, and achieving individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, follow-ups, and updates in the system.
- Stay informed about products, market trends, and company offerings to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
