Business Development Executive (BDE)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive sales for our HR Tech solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication, strong convincing skills, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other channels.
- Present and demonstrate factoHR solutions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Update CRM and maintain sales reports.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
- Graduate or MBA (Marketing/HR preferred).
- Strong English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- For experienced candidates, IT industry and product sales experience is preferred.
