Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications, and maintain quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction work.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor labor productivity and site progress.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify measurements and prepare work quantities for billing.
- Manage material requisitions, receipts, and consumption at the site.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Attend project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–7 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Pay: ₹10,781.46 - ₹50,996.79 per month
